THESSALY. Larissa. Circa 400-380 BC. Drachm (Silver, 19 mm, 5.94 g, 11 h). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly to left, wearing hair band. Rev. ΛAPI Horse grazing right. BCD Thessaly I 1140 (same dies). BCD Thessaly II 228 (same dies). A lovely example of splendid early style. Struck on a short flan as usual, otherwise, good very fine.
